I just finished this & I absolutely loved it! It says in the back of the book that this is the 1st of a 6 book series, & that makes me soooo happy!! Cooper B & his friends stole my heart! I love the family he has w/Aria & Miles. Then they added Serra to their friend group, & they all fit so perfectly. Miles & Aria helped Cooper just as much as he helped them. They needed each other. I’m so glad they got to experience everything they did on this adventure together. There is so much mystery surrounding Cooper & his identity, & I loved going on the adventure w/them trying to figure it out. The orphanage setting was great. We get introduced to the 3 main friends. Learn a little about them, & see what life has been like for them. Then the next setting is even more amazing than that-it doesn’t say it in the synopsis, so I’m not going to say what/where it is. I absolutely loved that, & cannot wait to see more about this place, world, & people. Such a great story w/a heavy importance of friendship. This gave me all the heartwarming & cozy feels. I absolutely loved it & cannot wait for more! It just came out & I highly recommend! The cover & illustrations above every chapter heading are amazing too!
Also, it’s the little things that make me happy lol so the part that books had become obsolete due to technology (summarizing), but they were still available for the people who still preferred actual books...ummm I’ve never been more seen & understood that’s so me.

I cannot wait to read the next book! I loved that you got to know the characters on personal levels and the adventure of it all. It is a great book for those of any age!

A great first book of a series that keeps you wondering so many things. Once you know the first secret, you continue to reading for more of them! Great read!

I really enjoyed reading Cooper B. And THE SCAVENGER HUNT. I found it creative and could easily picture the children and their adventures. The bond between the children was great and made the story that much stronger. The ending left me anxious to read the next book!

I was encouraged to read this book by a friend, and I’m glad I did! I found myself feeling a sense of inclusion in the relationship among friends as they navigated together difficult life circumstances and unbelievable adventures. The worlds in this story come alive as the friends maneuver through each challenge they face. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anyone. Even better than that, my 13 year old son couldn’t put it down and is excited for the next books in the series. Well done!
